0xA5EA has been kind enough to put up a COLORS CTF Server which is running out of Germany.

Server details:-
Hostname : |==CTF
IP : 213.133.98.208:31512
Maxclients : 15
CTF Client Files : Required
Admin : 0xA5EA

If you don't have the COLORS CTF client files you can get them from here.

So why not get together with 4 or 5 other ppl and go have a game there :)
